 Mission Statement

The Armenian National Committee of Canada (ANCC) is a grass roots organization that was founded in 1965 to address the concerns of the Canadian Armenian community on a broad range of issues.

The ANCC seeks to:

  • Foster public awareness about issues affecting the Armenian community in Canada and abroad;
  • Represent the collective Canadian Armenian viewpoint on matters of public interest;
  • Act as an advocacy group with the Canadian government on matters of interest to the Armenian community;
  • Support and promote human rights issues concerning Canadians;
  • Serve as a liaison agent between the community and their elected officials.
